I’m glad to know Jeff from SHE Interior through the recommendation from one of my friends. He was helpful, experienced and professional. We decided to engage SHE Interior for our house renovation because Jeff was able to understand our concern and provide us with the advice that was in line with our initial idea. Moreover, the quotation that we received from Jeff was reasonable. I was impressed by the professionalism of Jeff. He always follows up closely about the renovation progress to ensure everything runs smoothly within the timeline so that we can move into our house based on the completion date that we projected. However, issues are unavoidable, the only unsatisfactory was the quality of work done by the sub-contractor who dealt with electrical and painting works. Overall, I will rate 8/10 for SHE Interior, there is room for improvement for the sub-contractor area. Nonetheless, I will recommend SHE Interior to my friends and family.

We came across She Interior on Qanvast when we were looking for an ID to do up our new house. We took quotations from 8 IDs and compared everything in an itemized manner from one firm to the other. We concluded that She Interior offered the best prices from good quality items and were particularly drawn to their kitchen package which included a free sink, hood and hob. More importantly, we really liked our ID Jeff’s responsible attitude. He was always reachable via text and provided us regular updates on the renovation as it proceeded. He was also kind enough to do some fixes quickly as we had a strict timeline to adhere to. Recommend She Interior to anyone looking to renovate their house.

This is our first time doing the renovation. So we filled the form on the Qanvast platform. Qanvast provided list of the Interior firms and SHE interior was one of them. We have decided to go for SHE Interior based on the conversation with ID Jess and review feedback by others on Qanvast and Facebook. She did pretty good job at explaining/recommendation to us. Most importantly she is patience and willing to spend time to discuss on our requirement in details. During the design phase, Jess provided us lot of ideas and solution. On top of that, she did provide the advice and alternate solution. During the construction and installation phase, she did provide regular update on status via WhatsApp with photos. In general, any issues we raised that we felt needed rectification, Jess worked with her team to resolve it. Most importantly it is very comfortable to interact with Jess and her team. They are professional and friendly. We do love the design and no regards on engaging with SHE interior firm. We definitely love to recommend SHE interior for renovation.

Overall, we are satisfied with the service provided by Jess from SHE Interior Design. Before we engaged the company, we had met and shortlisted a few companies from Qanvast’s platform and SHE Interior was one of the companies. We were impressed by the creativity and the outstanding proposal provided by Jess. In terms of quotation, although it was not cheap but value for money as we asked for Quality material to be used. Jess was patient and meticulous. She was able to fully understand our concerns and requirements, meanwhile she also provided us with her best advice and practical solutions that were applied to our ideas. We would say she is an excellent project planner and coordinator, good partner and accommodating interior designer in the whole process. Despite there were some issues on Workmanship, Quality of Material or Changes in Schedules. But we always found an amicable solution together. If we would like to rate for SHE Interior, then it will be 9/10. Certainly, we will recommend Jess from SHE Interior Design to our friends and family.

I was impressed by the outstanding work done by the company as the house renovation of my daughter Jovian and niece Vanessa were done by Jeff from SHE Interior. I decided to engage Jeff from SHE Interior through the recommendation from my daughter and niece. I also found the quotation pretty reasonable. Jeff has a very good personality. He was very polite and patient. Meanwhile, he will respond to us promptly with better advice whenever we are facing any issues during the renovation process. Overall, I will rate 9/10. I will recommend it to my friends and family in future.

My wife and I visited my friend’s house in Canberra and found that the workmanship and quality of their house renovation were up to the standard. He strongly recommended we look for Jeff from SHE Interior. After meeting up with Jeff, we were impressed by his creativity as he fully understand our requirements, meantime also able to provide us with an extraordinary idea for the interior design of our house that match our requirements. Secondly, through the meetings, we found that Jeff was accountable, responsive, helpful, and friendly. Lastly, the price is reasonable. Hence, we decided to engage them for our home renovation. Jeff is a superb designer. He gave us plenty of ideas to build our dream home within our needs, he keep his word to execute and make it true. During the whole process of renovation until the handover of the project, minor issues are inevitable such as a slight delay in the renovation works due to the covid-19 pandemic but Jeff was always there attended promptly, and resolve the issue efficiently. Overall, we are satisfied. I will rate 10 for Jeff from SHE Interior. We had a pleasant and stress-free renovation journey with the assistance of Jeff. Strongly recommend it to my friend and family.

This is our 2nd renovation and we met up a few IDs and after consideration, we decided to engage Yenlee to commence the renovation for our house. It was a decision that we didn’t regret. Yenlee is a detail oriented ID which she pays close attention and notice minor details. She would also propose the colour matching of the painting/tiles together with the carpentry laminate and advised us accordingly. Throughout the design & renovation process, Yenlee was always patient and accommodating to our needs and also “not a blindly say yes ID”. She carried out the project in a professional and diligent manner. Another plus point is that Yenlee always took ownership of any defects or deviations reported and did her best to rectify them in a satisfactory manner. Nevertheless, their workmanships are good especially for tiller & carpentry which able to fulfil our OCD requirement. Our renovation took about 3 months to complete which came to our surprise which we had been hearing of renovation will be delayed easily up to 6 months due to shortage of manpower. After we moved in, we were concerned that the after sales service maybe lacking but we were wrong. Yenlee continued to rectify promptly the minor defects within short time frame. We highly recommend her for her accountability and reliability, and you will enjoy your renovation journey with her. Our heartfelt appreciation gratitude to Yenlee in making our dream house came true. We will not hesitate to recommend her to our families and friends.

We (my wife and I) were very blessed to have found Eugene as our ID after talking to many other ID companies. Eugene received many glowing reviews online and after seeing how he worked, we totally understand why! Our first impression of him was he was a very patient and friendly guy with no airs, this made the discussion process a very smooth and pleasant one where we can openly brainstorm ideas. He was open to listen to our ideas while providing his expert advice. We could see that he was very passionate about designing and his 3D design he proposed was totally beyond our expectations. He understood our needs for the various parts of the house and we could see that the design was very well thought through - from the aesthetics to the practical functionality , we were very impressed. Needless to say, this makes it so much easier for us, as we had heard many stories of how friends had to end up cracking their head, making difficult decisions with the design etc, even after hiring an ID. But with Eugene, we can confidently leave our design to him. In fact, we didn't have to change anything much from his proposed design! We also appreciate Eugene for replying our queries promptly, even at odd hours in the night. We were starting to think IDs don't need to eat/sleep?! ? He spent 5-6 hours each time discussing carpentry layout, tiles choices etc. Even during such long meetings, he was still very patient and earnest. While choosing the tiles, he patiently took the heavy pieces, place them at different 'room setup' in the showroom and let us visualize in different lighting instead of rushing through the process. Handling all the details of reno is really a tough, tough job but having Eugene with us really help us tremendously. We can truly see his passion in his work. Of course, there were hiccups here and there during the reno works, but he handled each issue professionally, helping us to resolve them as quick as possible . Overall, we were very pleased with the service rendered!! Even during the pandemic, we were able to finish the project more or less within schedule with Eugene helping us to closely keep track of the progress. For that, we are super thankful. All our friends and family were full of praises at his creativity and style after seeing the final product. We already have a few friends who got his contact from us for their reno works. ?
