Communication not good. Assessment advice lacking and has ambiguity. Pricing high.

Which fuel savings plan is best? I don't know. Pls advise.

Great Place to Pump petrol and it has also got automatic washing of hands with soap & blower after pump Tyre.

I have always loved the service at Shell regardless of the outlet. I love their range of RTE and RTD selections and of course the good deals that came with them. Such as the $4 bundle of a sandwich and a bottle of juice!

I have always patronised this petrol station. It is my go to shell station because of the staff Rizal and Sue. They are always welcoming and super friendly. Rizal always asks if he can check the water level in my vehicle. Both Sue and Rizal are cheerful and it is the only reason why I patronise this shell station! They should know my vehicle. I received the below message and instruction from Shell on their website. But when I went to Shell Sembawang, they all said "don't know, you call customer service and find out. Here pump petrol then got points." Firstly, I don't work for Shell, but you do. If you have doubts on your own programs, do call yourselves and find out. Not ask customer to do your job. Secondly, try not to repeat what is the obvious and read back the message to me. I can read so do not need assistance on that. The guy over counter obviously had no idea what is the program but still tried to "educate"me by reading the selectively sections of the message. Disappointing services. We miss you.
