Shen Bakmi Noodle - 505 Beach Road #B1-37 Golden Mile Food Center

Got my stamp of approval. Diff from normal BCM and a bit on the sweet side. My wife wouldn’t eat again but I will. But there are lots of other choices here in the day time!

Decided to give it a shot as I usually do given my curiosity. Ordered the signature bowl and walked away awing at the sheer amount of ingredients. The combination was fantastic! Everything just complements and there isn't a single thing that stood out ...but that's good. That's what a real dish should be ...harmony! I am however a bit underwhelmed by the noodles. It looked good and to be honest ain't that bad...just that I needed it a bit more "al dente".would have been a 4 star review but had to deduct one for this fact.

Tried No #7 soy pork noodle classic. Indonesian style noodle with similar taste and texture that can be found in Jakarta. Will come back for sure to try the other menu.

Wanted to eat ban mian but didn't find any store selling. Saw this store and decided to give it a try. Taster super good and yummy.. the noodle was springy, the egg was quite tasty and even the cabbage is fresh and sweet. I also like that it include a pumpkin slice... Never ate noodle with pumpkin slice before but I think it's a good add on... Look forward to patronise this store again!

Authentic indonesian bak mi. Ordered the special Noodle texture is right! And the soy meat is not overly seasoned?. But the additional vege is bit too plain..

It's located at B1 of Golden Mile Foodcourt. As mentioned it's Bakmi means noodle in Bahasa Indonesia, so yea, do expect to get Indonesian style of noodle. Looks yummy? Indeed yummy, the picture tells everything and not only beautiful in plating but also the taste is legit as Indonesian bakmi and generous in portion. Price for these two Bakmi Indonesia is so affordable - $11. Happy tummy? Definitely!

Soy Pork Noodle Special. An Indonesian style noodle that reminds me of Sarawak kolo mee, I came in with no expectations and I still left with none. While they offer a niche dish, the price is a little steep here though.

So many options at Golden Mile Food Center, but this no-frills, Indonesian-style ??? ???? ?????? (???????) from Shen Bakmi Noodle @shennoodle caught our attention! Tossed in a savoury minced pork sauce, the curly noodles were slightly thicker but super QQ with a springy and firm bite, reminiscent of Sarawak kolo mee! Our other favourite was the marinated ramen egg with its custardy jammy egg yolk and umami flavour. While the wood ear added crunch, we felt it could be cooked a little longer. The soup that came along was light and peppery, though nothing spectacular (we are here for the noodles anyway~). Spicy food lovers would have a blast with their Spicy Firecracker Bakmi!
