★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like to have pig's tongue and not many kuay zhap stalls offer that. The other items such as pig's skin and tau foo was not too bad too. But the price of $ 15 for a medium sized plate and 2 bowls of kuay zhap was on the high side for sure .
But the offal was very well cleaned and tasty . The kuay chap had a good texture in a light but flavoursome broth.
The choices of items were quite limited and other than the tongue , less than most kuay zhap stalls
