★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly it is a regular newly refurbished coffee shop. Brighter andbfairly airy....i.e well ventilated. There was a new Western food joint which just started business. Looks decent. Believe it's called Peri Peri.

Can see the coffeeshop was newly renovated and well maintained. Small carpark just beside the area.
Many varieties of food can be found here, i.e. chicken rice, thai food, fish soup etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Zi char. Ordered sweet and sour fish rice, rice didn’t come with egg as shown in the picture. And when we ordered the egg separately, the eggs came immediately and were very cold. Likely pre cooked and left there for hours before serving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely do negative reviews but this place is on another level. Tried a lot of the stalls here and most of them are dishonest.
Extravagant prices for sub-standard food. Tzechar menu clearly shows egg with all the dishes, but when ordering say need to top-up $0.80. Can spend $7 elsewhere for better quality food instead of a few pathetic slices of beef and rice.
Can’t wait for Sims Vista Hawker Centre to reopen.
