β β β β β Did my health screening today and the 2 ladies at the reception was polite, detailed and able to answer to my queries. Clinic is very clean and seats were spaced out appropriately. Dr Hu Gan was skillfull in blood taking and professional :) thank you!

β β β β β If you complain fresh blood in stool x3 feeling of weakness, shown the picture of blood in the stool and gastric discomfort/ hyperacidity dont go to this clinic as they will treat this as normal and not giving a Medical certificate for day or two stating they cant justify the medical certificate. I hope it will never happen to anyone in this community totally unaacceptable.

β β β β β Went for my companyβs health screening at this clinic. Doctor did no manage to draw my blood after 3 attempts. I was then referred to Mount E Hospital Novena lab. I have also heard negative feedback from my colleagues who came for their health check as well.
Besides the unpleasant blood test experience at the Clinic, their counter staff were helpful and efficient to assist me with the health screening procedure.

β β β β β Clinic doctor did not bother to explain why certain referrals were made. Front desk staff was very rude. This clinic needs his staff to undergo training to hone interpersonal skills.
People who come for medical screening do not come for free screening. Customers should be provided with basic courtesy and quality. Staffs here treat patients as is they are just another digit.
