DA Clinic @ Bishan - 501 Bishan Street 11

I had an appointment for 6ME for my helper today! I totally love the energy of front counter staff. They were fast and well educated on the process & workflow. This is my first visit with my helper to Da Bishan and I must say that I’m pretty impressed with the 3 girls . Despite the clinic being very busy, they handled and served us with great customer service efficiently. Very well organised and informative. Keep up the great job.

This my go-to clinic for my family. Just had my yearly flu vaccination done here. The process is so quick and efficient, and the clinic staff are so sweet. Thanks again for the reliable care!

on 16th June 6.09Pm, I went down as my father was ART positive and I am showing symptom of covid (Sorethroat with high body temperature) the doctor just ask me my situation and give me to do a quick ART and brush me off(No checking no diagnosis) . He only give me a row of lozenges (not even cough syrup) till I request for the syrup. The following day with my own ART kit I am tested positive. I feel that the doctor is irresponsible and never even give me a PCR test despite me having a confirm case at home. The reason why I give a 5 star is due to Dr. Daniel Lim . He is always friendly and helpful. I went back on 20 June and he is really caring, give me a full checkup and the medicine I need for my condition. I do not mind paying for extra medicine as long as it work well. I feel sad for Dr Daniel Lim as the first doctor really ruin the reputation of the clinic.

I would like to share my review at this clinic which my elderly Uncle visited and accompanied by helper today. Eventhough the waiting time is very long, the clinic's staffs especiallly Ms Reena was giving him the best customer experience he had for a long time in any clinic before. She went the extra mile to assist him in getting a packet of drink as my uncle looks weak and dehydrated from waiting. And she was polite, joyful and shows concern to all. Keep it up Reena and team!

Good service from the staffs & Dr Lim. Been to the clinic for a few times & I really think this is the best clinic so far, such a happy team! Receptionists are polite & also very professional as well especially now during these covid period. I feel safe that they placed ARI patients outside clinic (I've been to clinic that don't practice this.......) & saw them disinfect the clinic thoroughly after they received covid + patients, good practice! Thumbs up, thank you for keeping us safe, healthcare heroes!

Overall is good especially customer service from front desk and doctor but just one thing which is very important also. Phone calls which dont think is link to their office. It seems I'm not the 1st person who comment about this. Phone call can save and kill a person at the same time. I was in Covid isolation with cough badly for few days but phone calls made to your clinic were like calling out to space. Please really look into this and solve it also but not just keep it as a comment. Thanks.

Appointment made for helpers 6me check up not reflected in the system. Advance payment made via the DA application is not in the clinic's system as well. What is the point of advance booking when the clinic can't support it? On a side note, front office receptionist is helpful with the 6me request albeit not having any details on hand.
