β β β β β Not sure about the manager but the service staffs were excellent! Especially one of the waitress. An aunty with short red hair!! Think her nametag was number 83 or something. She went the extra mile to chase the kitchen for us when our food haven't arrived and kept apologizing even when it wasn't her fault at all. Very attentive to our table as well. She made the experience so much better. Thank you Aunty!! ?

β β β β β This outlet has got one of the rudest employees, in particular the outlet manager (lady in black blazer). Other than the word rude, I have no other word to describe her attitude or perhaps I can use βill-manneredβ. She handles customers like she hates humans or maybe just hates working there. If youβre looking for people to spoil your dining experience, just visit this outlet and make sure to be served by her.

β β β β β I have eaten in other Shi Li Fang outlet, however this outlet their customer service and staff were very friendly to us, unlike some earlier reviews.
The set meal is really value for money. The only down side is the drinks are not cheap and we are charged for the wet tissues even though it's not used.
The vegetables and meat were fresh except for the prawns. I would give 7/10 for the food. Do try their Mala and Mushroom soup. ? βοΈ

β β β β β Avoid this even if you really crave for hotpot. Went in for a set lunch today. Food was ok. I wanted to order more food and asked for the menu, I also asked if I can add a different soup (i ordered chicken soup but half way through my meal I was really craving for mala). Adding a different soup was not allowed (not surprising) but I would top up to have my soup changed if the person attending to me offered this option. Too bad she wasn't friendly, and was rather nonchalant. It wasn't even peak hours. I wondered if it's because they think that I can't afford more? I think the same person also processed my bill and she appeared to be in a foul mood which just made my already unpleasant experience even worse. Felt like they didn't want business. will not come back again.
Gave 1 star because 1 crew who took my order was rather friendly.
I should have just eaten at the food court.

β β β β β Ordered one of the sets catering to 3, was informed to choose one of the one person sets as the free item (prices ranging from $9.90 to $11.90).
I chose fresh fish slices ($11.90) and waited patiently for my order.
Halfway through my meal, i realized that my free fish hasnt arrived, so i remind them of my order. They checked my bill and called over another staff. Then i am told that i was given pork belly instead ($9.90). Then the manager says in response. βεζζΎδΈε°β (means that they couldnt find the fish slices thats why they replaced it).
Firstly, they replaced my item without the intention of informing me. Secondly, they couldnt even replace it with a dish of the same price?? Its not about the money, its about the principles. Who knows how many people they did this too�

β β β β β Not sure why the rating is so poor but I've been here a couple of times. So far the experience is great. The server aunties are quite friendly and very easy to serve. The manager seems to be in a foul mood but the servers there are very passionate. My go-to outlet.
