โ โ โ โ โ 1 star if compared with Shi Li Fang City Square. When asked cashier man: got free doll which I got at Upper Thomson Mall Shi Li Fang and City Square? The cashier strict show his black face and don't want answer. Asked 4 times then he said no doll just a cup. Saw his black face, got free gift also don't want anymore. This kind of attitude which threaten customer as nothing after payment done, will not visit again.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice Dining environment for customers. The food is served very fast, and I enjoyed my meal with my family members when ordering a four-person meal. In the end we had to pay $100.10, which is considered quite cheap compared to Hai Di Lao or other restaurants. It is just that we had to raise hands for three minutes to place order as the staff are all either filling up water or doing some other stuff.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered collagen + mala soup,their mala soup is a bit too spicy,so jus go for 1 chilli will do for us...
We ended up seldom use the mala soup base haha
The shilifang lamb n beef was nice:)
Ordered a bit too much for 2 pax so my tip is jus order little n add on,they have half portion which is quite a fair bit too:)

โ โ โ โ โ As regulars of SLF, my family of 5 went to Jcube's SLF for a happy dinner tonight. Upon payment, we kindly requested the manager on duty (also known as Liu ๆป) to edit the amount charged for dipping sauces as only 2 family members had ordered dipping sauces. To our dismay, Liu ๆป strictly and firmly insisted us to pay $10.50 for 5 dipping sauces. We explained that we are regulars of SLF and have been to many SLF outlets in SG, this is the first outlet we hear that we had to forcefully pay 5 dipping sauces even when we ordered 2. Liu ๆป was not kind nor understanding, only had to force us complete the payment. Disappointed in this outlet as the crew were pretty good and food was fresh and clean too.

โ โ โ โ โ Reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food, there are add on items that you'll have to pay for, which i tot was supposed to have been included in the food service... ?.. you'll be full eating here, so try not to over order otherwise the bill will add up quite a lot..

โ โ โ โ โ Always long queue especially during weekend. They will always hide the $10 menu and recommend ala carte. The food is actually quite nice and the portion is ok. It may look little but actually quite full for person ($10 set type). I think they should not charge separately for the sauces though.

โ โ โ โ โ There was this "Dine 3 Pay 2" offer going on where we paid for a 2-pax set, and got another 1-pax set for free. Everything amounted to $64 for the three of us (including free-flow beverages), which was very good value for money! There are hotpot chains out there that may serve better-tasting food, but the value you get here is unbeatable. Service was great too.
One minor grumble is that the menu was pretty confusing. But overall, I'd definitely return!
