We were flying our Frenchie from Singapore to UK. So many other pet relocators said it couldn't be done. But our dog was safely flown to Germany and then driven to the UK. He arrived very happy and we couldn't be happier with the help from Jamie and Lance! Answered all emails and concerns promptly and were always on the end of the phone too. They navigated Hawaii’s rabies-free requirements as Hawaii doesn’t recognize Singapore as rabies-free. They handled my “freak out” and questions patiently. When we got to the airport, KAL decided they wouldn’t accept my PCR so Lance & Jamie said they’d stay with the dogs and our luggage while I ran to get an ART - completely unexpected but greatly appreciated. Lance & Jamie stayed with us until the dogs were fully checked in and good to go. Amazing team! The dogs arrived in Hawaii with everything in order and were released about an hour after landing. Thanks Shiloh!!!

Lance and Jamie took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the process for relocating our mini schnauzer from Singapore to Sydney, via quarantine in Melbourne... no easy feat with the constantly changing flights during the pandemic!
