★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with Pet Republic for the excellent job done by Laura and team for my 18 year old Shih Tzu. Even though she had to be shaven as she had a lot of knots, she looked neat and good. What's more she could walk better after coming home. Think it might be the way they cut her nails. Excellent customer service too by Lynn ! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Singapore special has settled in so well!! The staff are amazing, patient & so caring! Absolutely love all the activities they provide too. During each visit we get photos & videos through the day & you can see just how happy all the dogs are. I also asked if they could clip his nails but as they are black & he has a high quick they would need to be careful, plus he absolutely hates it!!! Well they took great care & managed to clip them & no stress to our dog. I’m so thankful that I’ve found such a fantastic place for our dog! I definitely 100% recommend!!! Great staff & a fantastic service they provide!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their services!! I recently got my rabbit shaved because he's been shedding a lot and the summer heat is really bad so I figured it'll be better for him if he's shaved. Urban Paws did a great job with it and even if the lady there warned me the bunny might get tiny scratches if he moves while they're shaving him, he didn't have a scratch at all.

She really take good care of the furkids there, taking great pics of them and not forgetting to update the pawrents on the status / behavior of the furkids when asked. she take great pride in her job and we really appreciate it alot! thank you for being such a lovely kind person who love the furkids as much as pawrents love. you will shine wherever you goes!

I love their service, and their staff are definitely passionate about their jobs! It's a really awesome vibe in there. I consistently get photos and updates, they are both professional and sincere. Thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sending Tibbers our 2 year old toy poodle for adult socialising classes at Urban Paws was the biggest mistake we ever made. After 3 lessons, Tibbers came back with ringworm and could not return to class for 6months - that's how long it took to clear the ringworm.
Classes resumed today in the care of the so called "professionals" and 4hours into the class, Laura conveniently returned an injured dog. Somehow Tibbers had stepped on something which has caused a deep cut on her paw. They could not even put a bandage on the injured paw and returned a dog with a bleeding paw - so much for caring for our pets.
To those considering putting your fur babies at Urban Paw, I urge you to think again. You will not only incur vet bills but you will have an injured pooch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve had many positive experiences with Urban Paws— from daycare/grooming, to celebrating our pupper’s birthday with a party, and even helping out with our proposal! Thumbs up to Laura, Jevon, and Gracia for all their help and love they’ve shown to us and our pupper, Nugget!
They’ve also been very accommodating with all our requests especially when we tell them that Nugget can’t walk down flights of steps.
