★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promise to fix up the car suspension and engine light. Waited for 1month, was told that car parts have not arrived and is being arranged.
However, Car suspension dropped and we had to get our workshop to fixed it.
We spend a total of 23k on fixing up everything of the car ddespite them telling us all maintenance of the car have been done etc etc.
6k was on the car suspension and engine light, we are not asking for the rest of the repairs. And now Wheels & watches say they didn't know about the initial agreement of fixing of car suspension and engine light as the salesperson Bryan left the company? And it is an agreement we have done directly with him?
If your sales person is not representing you, then who is representing you?
Sales and purchase agreement is also under your company heading.
After continuous chasing to settle the matter, they offered 600 $ for our repair with no justification of why 600$?
DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
