We had the Tonkatsu Special and Chasu Tonkatsu. Decent ramen bowl that I wouldn't mind coming to eat again. While definitely not the best bowl of ramen you can get, but considering this is located in a neighbourhood kopitiam with kopitiam level price, I would say it is well worth the price for a restaurant level dish.

Knowing how much calories is in a bowl of ramen.. this is not quite worth my calories in my opinion. To be fair.. it's not bad.. but I won't say I like it. Soup base was average, noodles was average, everything was a tad average. Pricing wise it doesn't match ramen shops in the malls (which is the right thing to do).

Visited with my family for the 1st time on a weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed the food here, considering the price point the quality is really comparable to restaurants. The gyoza is really the main star here, perfect meat to skin ratio. Karage fried to perfection For the tonkotsu broth, I find that it could be even more creamier. The choice of ramen noodles wasn't what I expected. A thicker noodle would better complement the broth in my opinion. Otherwise, really hope this place keeps being consistent in the standard of the food.

Price : ??? ?.?? ⁣ ⁣ I had the ramen with chicken drumsticks. ⁣ In comparison to a typical Japanese restaurant, the ramen is slightly thicker. Chicken is incredible. You can simply tear it off with chopsticks since it is so soft. Clear chicken broth serves as the soup's foundation. It has a Chinese soup base flavor to it. Everything in this bowl is average. Will come back to try the tonkotsu ramen. ⁣ ⁣ Tips: you may wish to pay via ??????? ⁣

Visited this stall at AMK and gave their Tonkotsu Special Ramen a try. I really liked the soup, which was rich and thick, with a meaty milky flavour. Noodles were good, springy and had a nice chew to them. Their Chashu were neatly sliced and tender, which had a mild smoky flavour as well. The eggs were delicate with a silky texture. Overall, it was a competent bowl of ramen with a great value.

Very hard to find coffee shop nestled under the HDB blocks. The ramen was prepared very quickly and it’s definitely value for money. I tried the all ingredients ramen bowl and the ramen was cooked al dente and the broth was really flavorful. Definitely worth a try! I would have given it a 4 stars if the coffee shop was in better shape.

The Tonkotsu Special was tasty and reasonably priced. The noodles were cooked al dente and had a nice bite soaking up the Tonkotsu broth nicely. The chashu was slightly thicker and tougher than I prefer, but still good. The Tonkotsu broth was rich and smooth yet not overly salty. The torched chicken drumstick had a nice sear. The meat was juicy and tender, coming off the bone easily. I got it as an add on, so I would recommend getting it as part of the clear chicken broth for the full experience. The pork gyoza were a tad pricey, but the filling was very fresh and not mushy, while the skin had a light crisp. It was fried on order and nicely done. Overall a satisfying meal. Recommended.

Just had a couple side dishes here. The gyoza super nice, just the right amount of crispness. They are homemade according to the shop worker. The stir-fried mushrooms, wow. They got a little smoky flavor from the grill and if you're a mushroom lover you'll definitely want to get this. I don't even like onions but I ate all the onions in this too because they were cooked well and the sauce was very flavorful.
