★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your stylist can’t handle young kids then dont let them. My toddler was crying and struggling due to the itch of the hair poking him yet stylist did absolutely nothing to ease him or pacify him at all. Not even with words. I had to do it myself and he just stood there in silence. I even had to use the hairdryer to blow it away for him. End up another of his colleague had to take powder to apply for him when my toddler started full blown crying. He still can tell me he can’t cut properly when my boy kept moving. Then later another person still can try to promote me to buy their shampoo. Really? Been there before a few times myself always try to hardsell. Worst experience bringing my child for a hair cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair treatments comes with good half body massage. Be prepared though for the hard sell of its packages. Couple of its hairstylists didn't have much situational awareness - using hairdryer to blow cut hair from other customers or from the ground onto me. Imagine sitting at your seat getting your hair done & cut hair flying from every direction landing on you. Eww!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask for a simple trimming, before it even started I’ve told the Chinese hairdresser to not cut till too short, emphasised multiple multiple times on this and even mention that I DO NOT want fringe to be shorter than eyebrow level. AND AS YOU GUESSED, hairdresser went over it more than two finger above eyebrow, you would ask why i did not stop him when he was cutting, FYI I’ve 500degree short sightedness, without glasses I would not be able to tell. Not just the fridge, he went so short that it’s unfixable. Towards the end of the session, hairdresser ask if I’m a student -.- it is then I knew, he probably thought I’m a student and gave me a “student length hair cut”, I’m so done with the end result, and I knew nothing can be fixed at this point, paid and left. There goes all upcoming date and meetings. Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are thinking of keeping your hair neat and manageable, do avoid this place. The Chinese guy there is unable to understand simple instructions. Leaves your hair in a total unmanageable state. Put your money elsewhere.
