I worked with Shiwani over the course of 9+months as a personal coach and look forward to working with her more going forward. In this time.. I was promoted twice, built a successful global team and became a father-to-be. The fundamental results speak for themselves! I've worked with other coaches before, often that were based too much around the ‘sofa-laying therapy style’ with me doing all the talking and very slow results (years)! Shiwani's motivational and no-nonsense style was exactly what I was looking for. She of course listens but also gets to the point and comes up with session-based solutions (i.e. it does n’t take 3 sessions to get a result) which gives a great feeling of accomplishment and progress. Shiwani also found time to share great little follow-ups and articles between sessions (as well as succinct clear sessions notes) that I found very encouraging, tailored and over and beyond. If you are looking for a motivational coach with a direct-style approach and quick results - (she will always ask if she has your permission to be direct!) - then I would highly recommend working with Shiwani. Likely thing is that you will go into a session with an issue you believe is the problem and come out not only solving that.. but realising it was routed and related to something completely different - and solve that too!

The company where I work recently enrolled me in a one to one coaching program for women. I was excited to join but didn’t have have high expectations for the quality of the coaching I would receive. You know, another HR program. Nevertheless I went in with an open mind and I was pleasantly surprised to meet Shiwani, who became my coach for the next two months. My experience with Shiwani was amazing. She gives off this wise and calm personality vibe and puts you at ease from the very first moment. The time we started the sessions was also the time I was going through some major career transition. I was very lucky to have Shiwani skillfully guide me through this challenging process. She was asking the right kinds of questions and sometimes very challenging ones, making me think and see things from a different and more objective perspective. I am very happy I happened to take her coaching sessions at this point in time, where she helped me navigate through my career transition so smoothly and confidently, she also helped me with some personal challenges. The sessions were fun, informal, interesting, and would leave me with a lot to think about and act on.
