Meats
Beef portions are generous, meat is tender and full on flavor. Intestines here are served with the fats removed, which i do appreciate. What you get is a crunchy mouth feel. Pork on the other hand can be skipped.
Noodles
Factory made but done well
Broth
Went with medium spicy and the flavor did not disappoint. Having come here twice somehow the broth in the afternoon tasted better than at night. Perhaps its a timing issue with refills.
Stew
I don't know what I had, but its good.
Last of all, food here goes well with beer ?
