★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prefer the old kopitiam then new kaakis. No residents were consulted when they are changing hands.. tried the stalls at kaakis, prefer the old sch malay rice then current shop as they offer better old school food then overpriced fusion food that is trying too hard.. should have a good combination of ex-stalls and new stalls.. think most residents are avoiding this place for now. Let's see how long this businesses will last.

Used to have a very good halal food court and koufu food court
Taken over by fusion overpriced food that tastes nothing like nasi Padang and mee rebus
New koufu stalls are also not as tasty and more pricey
Renovation has taken a very long time but no significant quality of life changes. Poor planing and waste of resources

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an amazing mall but one that is sufficient for community needs, especially being placed in the middle of a cluster of neighbourhoods. Here you can find eateries both halal and non-halal, 7-11, a 24hr NTUC Fairprice, a dental clinic, a normal clinic, a massage parlour, a barber / saloon, 24hr laundromat and many more!
