★ ★ ★ ★ ★ incompetent staff and too slow for an establishment like this. for 2 nasi lemak and a burger i waited half hr. abit ridiculous. either youre understaffed which is management fault, or incompetent staff, also management fault. first and last time here.

It took 44 minutes to complete my order! It was just one burger and two sets of chicken wings. The guy told me the waiting time was 20 mins. Please lah. Improve your process and/or hire manpower, or else you'll lose customers like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but not professional/ ready enough to serve. Waited for 20 mins for just 2 pieces of chicken wings as the staffs messed up with orders. 2-3 staffs cannot handle 4-5 orders well.
Pathetic size of chicken wings, S$6.20 for 2 is really overpriced. OCK is much more better.
The burger taste very salty, can’t even beat the pasar malam ramli burger, far far away from Malaysian style ramli.
In a nutshell: will never consume here anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowing that this store have been opened by Crave, I expected a little more taste than the time taken to have my order done.
The Mentaiko Ebi Burger was underwhelming with no taste of fresh prawns. The bun was lightly toasted without much taste and the Ebi patty itself did not look fresh; The Ebi patty tasted more like flour. For its price, I'd expected better juicier taste.
The spicy chicken drumstick took 20 minutes. The spicy drumstick was not spicy and the flesh is very bland.
I wouldn't return. The price is not the cheapest and it took too long. My friends ordered and ate finished their meals from other stalls before mine was even ready.
