★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s so nice about this mookata? The bbq grill plate is extremely dirty, Staffs were all inattentive, pretend not to look at you so they won’t have to attend to you. Places are small hot and cramp. What I can’t stand most is the dirtiness of the grill plate. I believe when the staff serve me the food he can clearly see me cleaning the plate, did not even offer to exchange one for us. Does the boss of siam mookata wanna pay me to clean your grill plates for you? Gosh Such simple work. I brought it to the basin and wash it myself 2x and it’s still so dirty (THE PICTURE AS SHOWN BELOW IS AFTER ME WASHING IT BY MYSELF THE 2nd time, because it was never properly scrubbed by them) Look how much dirt it has accumulated….. oh and it can only be removed easily by scrubbing, I do not have the scrub therefore I’m washing it with barehands and wiping it using tissue only. It’s not even difficult to scrub, the staffs were all bunch of lazy bones. good luck eating dirts people, never going this place again.

Enjoyable dinner, serve crews are attentive.
Different levels of chilli for choice.
Food marinate well with reasonable prices.
Like the happy ending ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap la…. The only reason I can figure out that form the crowd. Service was really a struggle for the staff , too much for them to handle but I dun find them rude just slow except the specky at the counter . Most of them was in fact very appreciative when we try to self help. No need to order any premium beef no diff from the normal. The only consolation is the chilli ! The most spicy one will satisfy all the chilli lovers. Drinks was reasonable. Last a reminder please make an effort to check for safe entry and customer vaccination plus some table is quite close together .

1. Queue waiting time 45min.
2. Food waiting time 45min. ( limit staff to handle the crowd )
3. Its not cheap. The bill qty calculation not accurate ( do take note )
4. Certain Food is not fresh ( eg, oyster )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're actually not too bad, but the place is realllllyyy crowded. So best to go early or book! But then again the carpark will be your next challenge. Had to wait an easy 30min to 45mins for a lot so just go earlier or slightly later. Or visit another outlet!
Food wise is decent, esp their chilies. Price is also great so can't complain. I've been back multiple times so idm the place when I'm craving mookata.
The staff are friendly too but definitely overwhelmed. So best to self service when you can. I think they're pretty appreciative when you help yourself.
