★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy water heater but the salesmen can informed me they only have one plumber to share among their 4 outlets in Sg, hence I have to wait about 3-4 weeks for the installation ! basically I Guess water heater is not his mean sales target ..finally I went to Harvey Norman in Northpoint City and bound to a very professional and nice salesmen and Installation on the next day is available !!! anyway maybe he taught in Sembawang Sun Plaza no other choices but he forgotten it is just one mrt station away there is bigger shopping mall ..lucky never buy in this shop after read about they only care for selling but no after servicing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made call to the store at Sun plaza, before going to the shop. The staff whom answered was very unproffesional and arrogant. Arrived at store no one attended, all busy with their mobile phone. No customer service at all. Definitely not reccomended.

missing item after they left few hours, call them and they insist they have delivered every item, no choice , go back to Sun Plaza store and buy again the item.

Very rude and arrogant staff. Not very tall female staff.
Keep talking over me and end up didn't understand what my question and my request was.
I ended up going to their competitor to buy my items.
Wondering how many business/customers have Sim Siang Choon lost because of her.
