Jann was able to recommend a mattress that we really like without being too pushy. She’s very knowledgeable about the product, and able to address all the questions we have patiently. Higly recommend to head down to Sleep Palace and look for her if you need any help to look for THE mattress!

Received very poor customer service by a tomboy sales lady. Had been a Sealy customer all along and intended to upgrade to a king size bed. Went to the so called flagship store to give it a try. Asked the lady if can try a king size of their firmest mattress and she replied mockingly "no no definitely not"??! What kind of service is this?? How do you call yourself a flagship Store when such a simple request can't be fulfilled and with that kind of attitude? Headed right out and closed the deal at Simmons opposite. Sealy management, go check out your competitor. You are totally out of league with this kind of service.

I recently had to buy and change my mattress. I went to Sealy's flagship store at Tanglin Palace. Ivy was superb in understanding and attending to my needs, especially the backache I had because of my aged mattress. Without any pre-conceived ideas, she patiently led me to try out the various mattress models, chatting with me to understand even my unspoken needs. When my Sealy mattress was bought and finally delivered, and when I realized that I made a mistake in the width measurement, I contacted her and she quickly made wonderful suggestions for me to better the situation. I want to thank Ivy and appreciate her for being so wonderful!

We needed a queen size bed and was attended to by Jann. Jann was excellent in her service and has strong knowledge of the products. We felt very comfortable during our trip and did not felt any pressure from her to purchase. We definetly recommend couples to look for her if you are unsure which bed suits you. Made an online order after two disappointing visits at Plaza Singapura and IMM. Wanted to 'upgrade' from Single to Super-Single after the delivery and was asked to pay an additional $120 delivery charge on top of the mattress price top-up. Delivery charge cannot be waived despite me offering to purchase another Super Single to be sent to the same address. Took leave from work to attend to the mattress exchange at my new house which was scheduled for 2 to 6PM. Waited 2 to 7PM with no one showing up or contacting me. Delivery man only called at 8.30PM when I have already left the place. Sealy operations staff called 2 days later to follow up. In short, the mattress exchange did not happen as I decided not to spend another additional dollar on Sealy. Why pay the ridiculously high charges for such a poor aftersales support? Very poorly coordinated third-party delivery service. Sealy staff have no interest in customer satisfaction or service recovery. Do not waste your time on this. There are many other brands in the market.
