Very professional, friendly, and helpful in my purchase. Did not just pushed for the highest priced ones but listened to what I needed and made great recommendations. Followed up on the delivery and ensuring I am kept updated throughout. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hubby & I had a wonderful experience at Nassim showroom. Especially so with the help of Angie! We needed something for our aging backs, but ain’t sure what suits us both.
We heard of good reviews of Simmons and with Angie’s well versed product knowledge and her patience with us in answering all our queries, it makes our decision making so much a breeze.
And Angie’s after-sale follow-up to ensure that we can have our mattress and bed frame during this pandemic is commendable too! She is definitely a keeper for Simmons :)
Lastly, not just your team makes the difference, your product delivers too! The backcare 4 that we gotten really makes a whole lot of difference with our sleep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Jeremy was patient in understanding our requirements and made professional recommendations. Due to the Malaysian MCO, the delivery of our bed frame was delayed for a month but Jeremy kept us well inform on the status and delivered as soon as he could. The mattress itself is priceless. Even my better half moving around, I don't feel anything at all and finally can have wonderful sleep. Price is not cheap but worth every penny. Highly recommended ?
