β β β β β Dear owner: try to call your shop many times but no answer. I put in order for a new pair on 10th May. 18 days later we got it. I try it on and told Aldric it feels not right. He suggested me to give it time to adjust the new glasses.
That night I almost fell walking downstairs. Returned to your shop next day.
My $800 paid you off totally and Aldric said he would refund me because you cannot give me the correct lens 1.67 as we agreed. We already called the visa and do not want to put down the reasons as visa asked to protect you. Please contact me: Diana Chong

β β β β β Would like to keep this long-running awesome family shop my holy-grail retail secret but they totally deserve a shoutout for the excellent work they do. Aldric was quick and efficient to assess my eyesight, well-versed and seasoned in recommending the right pair of specs and a seasoned pro in adjusting them perfectly to sit comfortably atop my nose bridge (and not too tight behind the ears either!). Love the good work they do, and the high-quality products they bring in.

β β β β β I was a long time customer due its good service and competitive prices. However, my recent experiences was largely disappointing.
My specs frame had issues and needed to be replaced. I was informed that the frames would need to be imported as there are currently no stocks.
3 days later I inquired on the status and was informed that the shipment needs 3 weeks to come.
3 weeks later I inquired on the status and was informed that the shipment hasn't arrived in Sg and would need more time.
It was the final straw for me as a) I had to bear with the inconveniences of my defective spec frame for prolonged period and b) poor customer service and communication.

β β β β β Ordered my contact lens online and the whole process was very smooth and professional. Auntie at the shop was pretty friendly (had that strict auntie vibe going on) but was entirely professional throughout the eye testing. I had told her with regards to my absent-mindedness and Sin Chew Optics was nice enough to go to the extent of helping me to label which one was right and which one was left. The whole delivery was filled with personal touch and the contact lens were extremely comfortable to wear. Will definitely order again.

β β β β β Warning: Do not buy!
I ordered on 6 Feb and 22 Feb still not received the contact lens. No updates and pictures on when they have mailed my order. I emailed to ask and they did not reply. I called them and they say should arrive soon. I don't like so dishonest and irresponsible dealings.
Although price is cheaper than other stores, but such a bad experience makes me not want to buy in future.

The buying process at their website is very smooth and Mr. Adriel Wen even emailed me personally to thank me and keep me updated about my order. Any questions I had, he answered promptly. The order itself came fast enough (they even sent it through DHL instead of Singapore Post) and the contact lenses seem legit. Very satisfied with the level of customer service theyβve provided and the good itself. Highly recommended.
