I went in looking for a specific model. That sales guy asked how much is my budget. I told him give me ur best price and I’ll consider. Instead he punched a figure into the calculator and told me “你可以吗” it means You can or not... wow my feelings were hurt. I was a sincere buyer, I went straight for the model, didn’t try any other watches, didn’t create any trouble and this is the snobbish attitude I get? There wasn’t even any other customer in the shop. Even if it’s the last piece left I’m not getting it from him, Sincere employee not sincere at all. His name card says Senior Executive...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my deposit with Sincere for a watch model that was apparently to be discontinued. A very nice gentlemen at this outlet had managed to secure a piece for me. Collected it today freshly sealed and packed! He was professional in handling the delays of shipment and had promptly provided me updates when asked.
Placed my name for several more models, would love to patronise this shop again and talk watches with the salesperson. Definitely give this place a hit!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a Tudor from Joey before, in this shop. She was an extremely knowledgeable and friendly person and you would feel comfortable talking to her without feeling pressured at all. Being an existing customer, you would be informed of watch events which is a nice touch.
She was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to the end of the buying experience. Highly recommended to look for her if you are looking to buy a timepiece.

Served by Eric Hia, a patient and friendly sales rep who provides very good advice on the different models that caters to customers' needs. When I was undecided, he wasn't pushy at all. Highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to visit Sincere@Jewel. After sales service is great too. Very prompt in responding to my queries! Other than Eric, Thomas Leow is also a very knowledgeable and friendly sales rep who is very professional in his advice given to customers. Very glad to know both of them and will definitely return for my next purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st purchase of FM watch. Served by sales consultant, Mr Eric Hia. My wife and I knew him 2 years back when we walked in to Jewel branch casually, window shopping for watches. We did not have any prior purchase from him, but he is responsive to our enquiries via Whatsapp. He is not pushy and has the patience to answer to our questions on the watches, which makes us feel very respected as customers. Will certainly come back to Jewel branch for future watch purchases.

Instead of hard selling, without hesitation he reserved for us as we couldn’t decide on the spot. In less than an hour, we went back and secured the piece.
