After a salesman in his 40s approached me and telling him i wanted a King sized mattress, all he said to me was "the mattresses there are expensive..." and brought me to look at the cheapest mattress available in their shop, and continue playing on his mobile phone. In return, i asked him how much are the expensive ones?? and the he said the price was $2k range, which are definitely within the budget we are looking for ! I'm not sure whether because of my T-shirt outfit caused him to assumed we are looking out for the cheapest goods in the shop. Sales people with such mentally to look down on customer do not deserve to work as direct sales personnel.

Can't remember which brand but my mum never complaints till today. Knowing their quality, I bought an office chair from them again in 2016 and it is still rock solid. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality furniture compared to those cheap furniture shops around. The boss and the salesperson were very friendly and professional. 3rd September 2020 Update: My sisters-in-law bought three sets of bed and a set of sofa this month from Sincere Furniture after my recommendation and think they sell only good quality products at affordable price.
C	Choo Iee Sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe, the owner of the store is thumbs-up in terms of his service, prodct knowledge and most of all, we value his sincerity and not pushy for sales. He was very helpful in recommending us to the shortlist of models for our contemporar y design of sofas and also the choice of leather colors to choose from. Shortly after placing our order, i changed my mind to opt for full leather and choice of color, which fortunately was still in time for him to grant me the switch. Overall, his pricing is very competitive and quality is also very good. Delivery was on time too. We later added a queen size bed frame and mattress. I will surely go back to Joe for my future purchase of sofas, beds and dining sets which his store also carries. Joe was also helpful in arranging for the disposal of our old bed. I like to also thank Joash from Weiken at Trade Hub who referred us to this very good source.
