Sent my 20 years old rosewood dinning chairs for repair as the joints are all coming loose. Kenny took in the chairs and spent 4 days repairing it. The chairs look so much better than when I sent. They not only fixed the loose joints, they also polished the chairs. Oriental Handicraft don’t just put glue onto the loose joints to glue them back. They dismantled all the major parts and rework them. Then clamp the joints together after the glue is applied for the proper glue setting to occur. Thanks to Oriental Handicraft, I can seat on my chairs confidently and they look good at the same time.

Kenny is very knowledgeable and professional, personable and helpful. His attentiveness, patience and understanding to his customer's needs was excellent. He would constantly update me, and follow up with me on the progress and process of his work which definitely gave me a peace of mind to hand the project in his care. We recently purchased a rosewood daybed from Oriental Handicraft. It was a great piece of artwork, fine craftsmanship and beautiful rosewood. We like to thank Kenny for providing us valuable information to help us make our choice. Oriental Handicraft also did a great job restoring our 20 plus years old rosewood sofa set to immaculate condition.

We had sent our antique dining set to Oriental Handicraft for restoring and repairing work in Nov 2021. Though the joints were misaligned, the support were weak and the cracks were obvious, Kenny explained what we were experiencing and how he would carry out the work of restoration and repair. His wealth of knowledge and honesty helped us gain confidence to trust him with our antique dining set. I love the pictures and videos that Kenny sent us, showing the process of work keeping us updated. He did not stop with that, he even personally called to explain the process in the videos! We could see the amount of care and the meticulous professional work put in by the Master craftsmen that it was so heartwarming to see the passion and love they put in restoring and repairing our 100+ year-old dining set! They have such tremendous skills that could transform an old, failing antique to where it was supposed to be. On 22 Dec 2021, they returned to us a beautifully, restored and repaired antique dining set to its current glory! We are indeed blessed to have Oriental Handicraft be the people to undertake such wonderful work on our dining set! Our neglected 35 yrs old rosewood cabinet badly needed a restoration. Read several good reviews of Oriental Handicraft and decided to hand the RWC to them for restoration. We just got it back yesterday and the result was amazing. It's like a brand new rosewood cabinet. During the process of restoration, Kenny constantly kept us updated. One of the cabinet keys was broken, OH replaced both of them with out extra charges. All brass parts of the cabinet were beautifully polished. We would like to thank Oriental Handicraft, Kenny and his team for their dedicated and professionalism in the restoration of our rosewood cabinet.

Gary Liew who is the big boss was very unassuming & helpful when we first approach him. Gave us a reasonable quote & explained the due process of refurnishing our daybed(probably 100 yrs old or more). The bed had a few broken pieces which were fixed back or remake to make it whole. Kenny was also great that he send us photos & videos in various stages of repair. Great care was taken by their master craftsmen in restoring it to its former glory. Highly recommended to look for Oriental Handicraft for the restoration of antique furniture. It's worth the money spend. Thanks to Kenny, Gary & wife for the advise given & a job well done.
