★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is only a snack corner - killiney after checking in but there are more shops before checking in. Waiting room is quite organized, there are 2 buses servicing this terminal: 35 and 35M both pass Bedok MRT and Tanah Merah MRT stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For now traveller's to batam only need :
1. Pcr 48hrs before travel - for Singapore I recommend raffles hospital relatively fast results , Malaysia I recommend BP lab
2.insurance with covid coverage worth 25k (if you have kitas , don't need this)
Traveling on Singapore side is relatively easy .
In Batam no quarantine or pcr is further conducted unless your body temperature is above 37.5c

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small ferry terminal. Get crowded and super busy during peak hours on weekend. The immigration line is long but move pretty fast. You should arrive about 1.5 hours before to be safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another ferry terminal operated by Singapore Cruise Centre. Ample carparks available here if you're intending to drive to this location. Alternative mode of transport is by public Bus service 35 (35M) from Tanah Merah MRT station (exit B). They is also a new shuttle service available from Changi Airport.
Only takes about 30 mins or so to reach Batam by ferry from here.
Facilities-wise, there is the bare minimum available. There a few retail shops for your last-minute needs for your trip. A couple of eateries as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ferry terminal at the east that you must visit if you're going to Bintan. Not as accessible as the Harbourfront terminal as there is only a public bus coming here but there are enough amneties here like ATMs, food and shops, but more seats would be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and non professional. Delayed ferry and no form of communication to inform passengers making all wait and wait and no help rendered. Please choose majestic ferry (for the same cost or even slight more costly should still be choice trustworthy company) next time if u intend to visit Batam as a few ferries to the same destination left while we are still stuck at Batam ferry terminal. Very unpleasant experience and will not make this place a destination in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the ferry on 17 Jun and was told that the ferry was delayed causing my itinerary to be missed by 1 hr. On my return trip, the whole ferry had to wait for one person (no announcement to inform passenger about the delay) and another hour of delay. I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS FEERY SERVICE ANYMORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. On day of departure from Singapore the ferry was delayed by almost an hour. On day of departure from Batam, it was again delayed by another 30 mins. This caused so much inconvenience for us as we have arranged for driver to wait for us at both terminals. Caused us to spend more money paying for the wait. Majestic ferry left on time. This is really not a credible ferry. I will never use this ferry service anymore. The cheaper rates is not worth as you have to pay even more for the transport service for the wait.
