★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By accidental I found this nice coffee shop Zhi Char place in Ang Mo Kio Ave 4, and have visited this place numerous time. Food is great, my favourite dish is their fish maw soup. Affordable and quick service. Do avoid peek timing during dinner, try to go early to avoid waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for chicken rice, the kampong chicken is nice, the ginger and chilli sauce is good. I prefer it to be hot though. There are nasi lemak and restaurant dishes there too.

On weekday. And the best part is, the order was not correct. End up get the non fried fish. The fish has no taste and the soup was tasteless as well.. this will be the first and last time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really tasty food surprisingly and generous portions too. For 2 people we ordered the small beef horfan and minced meat tofu for $16, portions were huge and more than enough for us. Recommended!
