★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called 3 times on 30 & 31 Oct and again this morning, 1/Nov @ 8.36am
Each time I had to listen to the automated voice messages for 5 to 10 minutes before I pressed '9' to leave a message.
Left messages in the automated voice mails each time i called for return call. Till now (1/Nov @ 12.05pm), nobody has returned my call.
Wondering if the voice message or call system is working or just a 'dummy'..... very inefficient :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staffs are very nice,efficient and Very friendly . Will call up for reminders if you are due for the next check up. If tests are negative, they will call and email you.

The Staff was so helpful especially The Clinic Assistant I did not get her name. She even assist me in proper channel after I already told her that I am late for work. The Malay Doctor that check on me was very friendly and patient with whatever things she doing. She did not even rush me. Even though I did not pay any single cent on the check up. Wow ! The service was top rated !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 1055am with my wife for her 11am appointment. As of 1220pm, she is still in the queue waiting. No logical explanation was given by the staff or doctors for this lapse in service. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is astounding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked for the hpv test on the scs website. appt was confirmed for few months later. arrived at clinic to do safe entry check in, and answer some questionnaires by clinic assistant. after that, doctor called me in to explain abt the hpv test, then proceed with the test. doctor was skillful and reassuring. i did not have any blood or uncomfortable feeling. entire process from check in to check out is abt 30 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No advise from them before appointment mammogram to check. Arrived and waited for a while before register and was inform that I can't do mammograms as I had my booster 2 weeks ago.. staffs not friendly, and efficient as previously one .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried calling the centre about my stool test results after submitting it for about two weeks ago last week. I also left a message & number to request for a call back..but never hear from them..
Call again today unfortunately cannot get through & was asked to leave a message to call back ..
Give up ..
