Prudence clinic has been wonderful for me and my low testosterone issues. Dr Goh is very thorough and understanding. This is not just your normal MC slip clinic. Dr Goh is very experienced in Men's health. Highly recommend.

Doctor gives very wise advice. Consultation charges are reasonable. Would have been better if they had included active ingredient, batch number and expiry dates on their drug labels. :)

Been here whenever i am sick. Went there this morning to see doctor, the staffs are friendly and fair to everyone, waiting process is smooth unlike others saying! Doctor Goh's medicine works on me effectively. He is patience listening to patient then only he start diagnosing. No matter how far i move to, i still come back here to see doctor. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

My dad was in an emergency as he was having an asthma attack. Went in late night at about 9pm, and the counter aunties insisted my dad to wait during an emergency as there are still patients in front of him. After much haggling with the aunties, obviously they feel bad for letting my dad cut Q of 2 patients, they finally asked the doctor to let my dad in first. After we came out of the doctor’s room, my sister thanked the counter aunties as my dad was able get his nebulization fast so he doesn’t collapse, and GUESS WHAT, THE AUNTIES TOLD MY SISTER TO NOT THANK HER, BUT THANK THE PATIENTS who are willing to let my dad go in to see the doctor first. And one of the patients commented, β€œmy child has school tomorrow, i also want to go first what.” PRUDENCE CLINIC, PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF TO RECOGNIZE AN EMERGENCY, THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO INFORM DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY AND COME TO A DECISION, DO NOT DELAY AND BE FIRM WITH THEIR DECISION TO LET THE EMERGENCY PATIENT GO IN FIRST DESPITE OF THE Q! Should his asthma attack become fatal due to the delay, are they going to take responsibility of it?

Doctor was genuinely nice and apologetic so thank you for your thought. That said, maybe it’ll be good to update the β€œList of Approved Providers for Antigen Rapid Testing for COVID-19 at Offsite Premises - List updated as at 26 Jul 2021” on the MOH site as the clinic *doesn’t* offer ART for Pre Event Testing? The current list stills states otherwise. We arrived informing the counter staff that we hoped to do PET, and we were told β€œok”. Unfortunately, we waited for half an hour under the impression that we could do an ART PET when actually, the clinic *doesn’t* offer that. We only found out when we entered the consultation room - and all parties were surprised. We could have avoided the waste of time and effort. I understand that we all overlook some details from time to time or there may have been some miscomm along the way - nonetheless, perhaps it’ll be beneficial for all future patients if the counter staff were updated to inform other enquirers about the unavailability of PET. Thank you.

I did not know that I was given steroids for my sore throat. I would much rather take antibiotics than Prednisolone which caused me to have a lot of side effects from it including sleepless nights and very bad heart palpitations. I don't understand why I need to take such high dosage of steroids for just a sore throat. Granted, my voice was horse but I did not request for steroids and at 30mg per day, that screwed up my sleep so much. I think it would be more ethical to tell your patients what they are taking rather than saying it is an anti-inflammation pill. This made me wonder if it is because steroids cost more and I have my Chas card. Please put your patients first. I will not be visiting again.

Doctor is great. Can't say the same for nurses. Requested for a medical invoice via email but nothing was sent for weeks, no replies too. I understand the clinic is busy but please step up on this process. I am still waiting for the invoice as we speak, do check on your work inbox and do some housekeeping and work on replying queries please, thank you.
