★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there couple of times for posting services. Always greeted by very friendly and caring counter staff. They always served with a great smile which really made my day! The young lady at the counter(Ms Wong Siew Leng) is extremely patient and helpful to customer's request. At time, even though queue can be long but fast serving speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweetest staff! I accidentally left my keys + trace together token (with my name on the back) at the office without knowing. Assumed I lost it, but days later got an instagram DM from a profile with 0 followers and 0 following. Turns out Kim, lovely human, made a profile to hunt me down and let me know I left my keys in the office.
Thanks Kim! Too sweet <3

I also like that they provide all the stationery which is required which makes it a convenient user experience.
Overall all was smooth and hassle free. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to compliment the friendly and helpful service rendered by one of your female Indian staff(apologise for not taking note of her name). I was in the queue to send a return parcel to overseas and this very helpful and polite staff attended to me and helped me check the weight of the parcel. I was shown of the price ($12.50!!) for a very light weight parcel and she actually advised me an alternative way to solve my problem. If not for that I would have wasted another 30minutes in the queue. Thank you for the kind and wonderful service !!!
