Made an appointment to collect a document. Came 30 minutes earlier, and was told to get a queue number. 28th in queue. An hour later, 30 minutes past my appointment time, and I'm still 15th in queue. When asked the staff, she answered indifferently, saying that the appointment timing doesnt matter here. What is the point of having an appointment system but not sticking to it? Some people do not have the luxury of time. This is affecting some people's livelihood. Very inconsiderate and utter disrespect of people's time.

Lost our parcel and even though we have been following up for more than a month they still do not have consistent replies. Some customer officers told me the item is in singapore while some said it’s been shipped back to sender. Even if I’m promised a call back on the updates they have not called me back. I don’t know what to do about it I have more than a thousand dollars of items lost with them. Worst service.

CAS-6398236-Z6W4K8 CRM:03200556 The one star rating on google is not a joke. It's one star for a good reason. Customer service via the phone line is absolutely clueless and different operators give different answers regarding a simple query. Almost like they are using different software to check on the status of parcels. Thursday, 26 May 2022, 2.30pm – Received email at (Email address#1, the one registered on VPost) that my package has been received at the warehouse and I needed to provide more information Thursday, 26 May 2022, 2.45pm – Called ‘1605’ and was told by the operator that I had to provide the MSDS for my package. Thursday, 26 May 2022, 2.55pm – Received email at (Email address#2, no idea how they got my other email which I don't actively use anymore) with reference number CAS-6398236-Z6W4K8 CRM:03200556 informing me that I had to provide MSDS Thursday, 26 May 2022, 3.31pm – (Sent Email #1) Replied with a copy of the MSDS and other supporting information. Thursday, 26 May 2022, 4.07pm – (Sent Email #2) Sent a second email with more supporting information. Friday, 27 May 2022, 10.34am – Called ‘1605’ to verify if the MSDS was received. Operator confirmed that the document has been received and the warehouse is processing it. Operator informed that she would try to expedite the process. Monday, 30 May 2022, 5.06pm – Called ‘1605’ to check for an update regarding my parcel. Was told by the operator that only (Email #2) was received and the system did not reflect any MSDS. Monday, 30 May 2022, 6.44pm - Used online chat to check on the parcel status and was assigned to Anand Maurya (or Khan, Ujma). Explained my situation and got no reply for 12 minutes. Monday, 30 May 2022, 7.06pm - Restarted the chat because the previous operator was not responding. Got assigned to Kumari, Vandana. Operator was not able to understand my query and could only say "our team is still working on your case so kindly wait for next update". Upon further prompting, he said "We received your MSDS form and we already raised a request with our relevant team". My question is why do different operators inform me of different things? From the start, there was no email confirmation of whether my MSDS was received and no updates whatsoever. Now I would like to redirect the parcel back to my seller so that he can send another package using express mail from thailand post, costing me an additional $13 for the redirecting service and I have no idea of what is going to happen to my parcel. What a horrible way to ship parcels. Would not recommend unless you want a stroke.

I made an appointment online to collect a document at 1830, and arrived promptly at 1825 to collect my queue number. Was notified that 29 people were ahead of me in the queue and it is now currently 1920... what is the point of making an appointment if there is still a lengthy waiting time? Please boost efficiency by prioritising people that have made an appointment and who show up on time. Furthermore, a Singpost staff tried to sell me some AXA insurance coverage? A very unpleasant experience.

Collecting my passport. Take note. Can collect before collection time. Just take a queue number. At the door they tried to sell axa insurance. And i intro my insurance which have the better claims and just claim by a App. But they not interested. ??

I dropped off a package on January 15, 2022 to be sent to the US. Paid $80 for the service. Up till today, June 13, 2022 (6 months!!), my package is still undelivered and the tracking site's most recent update is from January 20, 2022. I have emailed and called customer service countless times and each time they tell me different things. They would claim that my package is still in transit, that the package is being held up in US customs, and they would always "request for more time for their investigation"; the story always changes each time I contact them. I took the initiative and contacted US customs, who claimed that the package never left Singapore. SingPost couldn't even tell me if the boat that my package was one even arrived in the US!! I have requested for SingPost to compensate me for my lost package, and they keep ignoring them. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and accountability is extremely lacking for SingPost/SpeedPost. Definitely cannot trust Singpost/SpeedPost with overseas packages. If you're thinking about using them, steer clear - try a different company who doesn't take your money and not fulfill the service that you paid for and constantly lies to you.

Fast and easy. Took a little over ten minutes to go in, take a queue number (text said there were 3 people in front of me), pick and sign an envelope while waiting, and then post something to the UK. Staff were helpful and informative. Didn't need to stand in a queue as you're texted a queue number (or can see/hear it come up on the screens inside). Spacious and clean inside.

The GPO is located withing the Singpost building on the first floor. It is a one stop shop for all postal needs. There is even a PopStation here. A Philatelic Store is also present which has a great collection of stamps, first-day covers, postcards and other memorabilia.
