New comment 14 Feb - there's still NO improvement of the services... Delivery guys are still not calling on the phones ... Not sending messages for the delivery.. just leaving notes for not successful delivery... the branch don't have the delivery guy mobile to call him ... really???. ..IN A WORLD OF HIGH TECH- NO EFFICIENCY IN A WORLD OF HIGH TECH... if you want you can go where he is and to take the parcel... because some of the parcels could be damaged if not delivered on time... do they care... the hot line is not effective AT ALL, THE staff is not effective at all...JAi, its his name...Do you know what is their explanation: if the delivery guy starts to call customers, he would not succeed to deliver... WOW.. but he is NOT delivering, he is leaving notes... it's better to pay him for living notes, and we will not pay for "delivery"...the aim of delivery services is to deliver ON TIME, to service the customers... not to say: not successful delivery- I do not care about you... yes, they really don't care about me... so disappointed... so tired of this inefficiency... what to do to get my parcel promptly... is sth going to be changed, to be improved... everyone is just repeating learned words ... we need human, to help customers and to be effective.... FEEDBACK: IMPROVE YOUR EFFICIENCY.... TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS PROMPTLY, TO DELIVER THE PARCELS... DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED.. It's so sad.. not funny at all.. I hope that someone will realise that... There should be no stars for this administration/organisation!!! Deliver Services - are there any of these??? You PAY for the delivery, but who cares? If you pay for delivery, you will only get a note that the delivery is not successful and you have to go to the branch and get your item! Who cares that you have no time and you wait for this delivery for 2 weeks?

worst branch ever. The malay lady on morning shift especially, just unethical and all rounded bad experience. Love making things hard for customers. Please train her again, she succeeded in making Singpost a bad name.

Always making me feel welcomed for the last 4 years. Loved both counter staffs & big kudos to Mr. Alam for his efficiency. We soon need to say goodbye to Singapore & think we should leave reviews to our trusted places around the neighbourhood! Cheers!

Came here twice to ship items internationally. The first experience back in may-June was much better. Both times the front door staff was polite and helpful. But this second time going there, the gentleman in the cashier counter was quite rude and promptly dismissed me.

The service here was efficient. Kudos to the man at the stamp counter for being super supportive as well ?

A Singapore Post branch by Orchard Central opposite. Easy to spot and great building design despite being a public service office building. Very thoughtful to also provide wheelchair accessibale parking here even though parking is very limited.

The Malayan lady at reception told me to fill in the form with "Block letter" that turned out that I was supposed to write "Capital letter". She sneered at me saying "I told you to write in Block letters". I want her to learn proper English please. I had wasted 10min.
