★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, it’s on level 1 taxi stand area instead of what Google Maps stated which was level 3. Nearly gave up looking for it after walking the entire mall, but managed to by looking up the SAM’s address instead
Secondly, no receipt provided after dropping off my EzyReturn package. Had to spend 20 mins on the hotline to get confirmation. Asked the Cust Svc to trigger an sms confirmation to my mobile - and she agreed - but did not receive that either.
I prefer supporting local biz but SingPost is really pushing it.. ?
