Aunty gave the best service I ever experienced in a long while. During my short 15mins there she greeted and chat with every customer like they were long time friends, while she worked through customer's request swiftly and precisely. As for me, the 2 packages I wanted to ship were each 50g overweight and would be charged the next category, which was about double the shipping fee (or $50 more each). She recommended that I repack, but I was hesitant as I didn't have the tools, basically tape and scissors. She not only offered the tools, seeing that I was rushing for work, she even helped to tape the boxes after I removed some items while I completed the shipping forms. Truly service from the heart, it felt like I walked into a kampung post office from 40 years back!

Extremely helpful staff! Took the time to advise me about the best and cheapest way to send my parcel. The people in this post office are always friendly and welcoming. There is a bus stop just outside and also many places to park.

Arrived at the post office while it’s closing soon, we had auntie Candy helped us, who was so kind, warm, and patient to us. As our parcels are quite a lot, it takes a long time to pack up and fill in the form of parcels information. After all the parcels packed up, the opening hours is over. While we were leaving, it was raining. We didn’t bring umbrellas, so she was trying to lend us. But we had no time to return the umbrellas before our flight. She therefore made the raincoats for us. There are not many customers in this small branch, so the service tends to be quite fast. The staff are friendly. Bus stops are located right outside, convenient.

Very good experience with Mdm Candy Tan. She is a patient, friendly lady with a very warm welcoming smile that I received this morning. She guided me online step by step online for my parcel delivery so I can be entitled for one discounts online. Thank you Mdm Candy Tan.
