T	The Travelling Ambivert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little post office that has swift and polite service. I managed to send a couple of postcards to addresses across the world in a few minutes. I walked to this post office from Marina Bay, which was a little bit of a maze as I had to go through quite a few underground malls to find it. However, all in all it was a good experience.
K	Kalista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are sooo nice, every single one of them. Been to this outlet to post packages and letters many times and they have never failed to provide good and friendly service (which is not the norm in Singapore). Thank you for brightening my day!

But the issue is that since it is really in the centre of CBD it is quite crowded and long line. They should put more counters and more automatic services. It might be difficult to find, I suggest head to Ocean Financial Centre and take the escalator down to B1 or you can also reach from Raffles place MRT via the underpass

Lack of knowledge and yet insisted that client didn’t tell them. If client knows everything, why bother to hire a human sitting at the counter? I will not bother to ever consider using any of their services. Wasting my time! Shame, but I do not recommend them to anybody

You should call yourself EAT-Post or STEAL-Post! I ordered from UK and past delivery date for several days, no update at all on the website since the dispatch and nowhere to track it when I called in! What’s wrong with you guys?? Had put so much effort to avoid the post with this lousy company and still Kenna…. Worst ever!
B	Barb Landis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the morning and staff where very helpful with sending my souvenirs from all over Asia. Line went quickly. Make sure you go down the outside escalators into the Basement level. Missed this detail originally and it took me a few minutes to find.

I am utterly shocked and dissatisfied with her service. She is the worst. I have never ever seen someone so I’ll-mannered.
