Take away two sets of Roasted Chicken rice from Jurong Point today 18/10/2022 at 1pm+. The chicken rice are so salty and super oily. After eating, my granddaughter felt stomach pain. We throw away all uneaten portion. Very disappointing that such a standard of Chicken Rice. I urge the Management must look into this matter Very Seriously and not to continue such a standard.

very rude staff . We waited at outside long time and asked their staff inside got table or not , the lady staff just ignored at me . And i asked again did you guys saw us queuing ,then the lady staff (with black spec /short hair)shout at me said NO I didn’t see you ! pls send yr staff go to training ..

Please train your staff for arranging seat properly. We were queuing for 2 pax seat and your no. 1 staff asked us to come in as there was a table for 2 pax. When we about to go inside, your staff no. 2 tell us don't cut queue and re-queue again. I explained and she just ignore me and no. 1 staff just walked away and the queue already become super long. Im fine to put me in hold, but the manners they gave me, i cant tolerate. Disappointed.

Had their laksa. Ingredients: chicken meat, fried pork skin, taupok and egg. Taste not bad. Not that spicy and the gravy not too diluted. I like their teh. The chicken rice so so only.

Dine on 17/5/22 around 6.45pm, no queue and restaurant with plenty of seats. No one greeted at door as two aunties waitresses (short with spec, another tall n thin) chit chatting even they saw us. I got seated myself and waved for menu, the tall auntie saw me but pretended didn’t. So I had to raise my voice. She stared at me. I hope the management get to know about this auntie. Chit chat n siam when customers around or needed assistance.

The ordering of food can be done through handphone app or through a machine, which reduces crowding. The food is served promptly and the quality was good but not wow-ing in my perspective. But I enjoyed the overall dining experience.

It's a nice cosy place for meals or tea. The food is quite good and comes fresh and hot. Lots of choices from porridge to western food and Hainanese curry rice sets, and the usual egg and kaya toast sets. There is also the famous Wee Nam Kee chicken rice. Efficient system for ordering food where you tap in your order on a panel and pay electronically (Nets or PayNow only) and collect when your number comes up. My only grouse is that the ordering system is not very user-friendly. The fact that a staff was deployed to stand there to help customers is evidence of this.

Dabao 2 Hainanese curry rice sets to try the other day. One was the standard pork chop curry rice set while the other was the braised pork set. Both sets were nice, especially the braised one. The meat was well flavoured, good tenderness and right amount of fat to meat ratio. Each set contains some vegetables and egg. I prefer the eggplant more cos it’s more delicious imho. I ordered a Hainanese prawn roll (the big cubey thing) to try. It’s quite different from the prawn roll sold at other restaurants, this was a tad bigger in size. Overall, it’s quite a nice dish but I found the curry to be quite ordinary. Nothing unique about the curry taste ?nevertheless if u r craving for Hainanese food, there are other options in the restaurant too like toast.
