With out telling the actual problem bluntly telling 70$.
Also bobbin cost 25$ which is 1.5$ in local hardware shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money sending your machine here for servicing don't know what this old man doing . sent for servicing look like nothing done and with the same defect after collection. will not resend to him would rather sent to a more professional service center . Even his shop look more like a junk yard then a servicing shop if there a zero star I will select zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send for repair after one week never call them when we collect back he was quick to return hardly thot time to check and when take home to try could not work and call and tell him about problem the problem he says you change needle until it works. Where got like that one. Please do not use this shop service you will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The uncle who came over was extremely nice... gave me a quotation and the service was good... he even went the extra mile to teach me a few tricks on my sewing machine. I had this machine for over 20 years.
Very very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate at Zero, i'll definitely rate this unprofessional service as negative rating. Mr Sunny was really rude, he doesn't knows his job. Waited 3 weeks to collect my mum's machine. Upon collection ask him what is the damaged and what have he changed. He raised his voice and said "inside everything spoil, change many things" cant explain what's he had changed. Very dishonest. Ask him if can test the machine, he extremely reluctant to test it. Till i have to raised my voice. There's totally no show of interest to retain or have more business in future. Total thumbs down ?. Totally not recommended.
