Blindly stating the service charge with out telling what's the issue .
Bobbin cost is 25$ in the local hardware shop I bought for 1.20$ ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time and money sending your machine here for servicing don't know what this old man doing . sent for servicing look like nothing done and with the same defect after collection. will not resend to him would rather sent to a more professional service shop . Even his shop look more like a junk yard . Regrets and waste my time and money .if there a zero star I will without doubt give a zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent in for repair and was quoted $95 upfront for a stuck thread take up lever with one week waiting time. Pickup was going to be delayed until I kept rushing. Machine came back super oily and dirty, still need to clean it yourself. You are better off sending elsewhere for repair, another store in SG fixing all brands of machines quoted me $40 for the same job with 2-3 working days. Way more courteous too, with no hard selling to top up $300 to upgrade to newer model
Edit: after 2 weeks of use, oil droplets were still forming at the tip of the needle ded
