★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely hopeless non existent customer service with rude arrogant staff.
My elderly mom was advised to renew her fibre broadband plan, and was promised a new tablet in return. Got sent the wrong model first of all, and trying to resolve via "phone support" in the Philippines went no where (surprise surprise). She then went to the Singtel outlet in Bedok who told her to go away as they are 'just a retail outlet '. Next stop Tampines Mall where the rude CSR flatly told her he's not going to help replace the wrong device because she did not get it from them.
WTH you are all Singtel are you not?? Clearly you have no regard or consideration for your customers, or elderly for that matter. Your customers deserve better!

Internet make appt, go SingTel shop still need to queue to get queuing nos.
Customer service also like robot, not customer oriented. No greeting, no smile, no thank you.
Just blank faces.
Actually I don't even want to give them 1 star.
