β β β β β Upgraded to 5G on Singtel's website. Made an appointment to pickup new SIM card. Arrived at the Waterway Point shop, staff just pointed me to the machine to get the card. She basically didn't want to bother with me. Didn't help me with the activation. After the machine spit out the card, she walked away. Didn't ask if I needed anything else.
Now I am home, put in the new 5G card, it's not activated. I need to call and get it activated myself. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in Singapore. I won't be going back to that branch.

β β β β β Not sure why rating is not high. Somehow I received Great services from YiCheng and the mgr Lucy on duty recently. Though my stuff took up a lot of the time which he can serve other customers, I don't see any unhappiness on his face. All out to provide good services and solve problems for customers. So happy dont need to go far for a singtel shop here in waterway with great services. Nice nice loh!!

β β β β β Don't ever come to this shop. Poor customer service. Queue number system faulty and can ask you to roam in the shop. Will never come to this shop anymore. The guy sitting near the queue system basically doesn't have any customer to serve and he just sit there idling. Does not take the initiative to help customers. After that I left the shop to Tampines Mall outlet and was served within 10 mins. Thumbs up for this branch.

β β β β β I went down to Singtel Waterway Point on Labour Day and was truly satisfied with the professional, friendly customer services and good experience rendered by Mr. Nigel.
Despite it was a very busy day, Mr. Nigel was patient to go through the process and explained well for my renewal of contract agreement, took care of all administration plus good in his recommendation for suitable screen protector and helped to paste it delicately on the new iPhone, overall well done, thank you so much!
