It is located at B1 of Waterway Point. Dated : 14/11/2017 ( Monday ). Updated : 29/11/2017 ( Wednesday ). Went to get a new phone , overal experience is ok, waited about 40 minutes with queue no. (abit slow)but the service provided by a staff , sorry forgot his name (a man), is good.

0 stars will be what I’ll give this place. Staff have the worst attitude. “Customer service” staff - a male guy, no smile, nothing. “Manager” was just as terrible. Went all the way down to Waterway point Singtel to collect a phone. Asked if we could recontract without opening the sealed box and activating it. The answer was a blunt “No”, no smile, no apology, no proper logical reasoning, nothing. Apparently it’s “company protocol” it has to be opened and checked. Offered to take liability by signing any waiver of responsibility form they had. They did not have one. Only thing they could say was they had to open the box and activate the phone. Seriously? It did not make sense as a POP Station delivery will be sealed and inactivated. Why can’t a simple shop collection do the same? These people are as rigid and stiff as a wooden stick. Only advice offered? Call Singtel. Reached home, called the Singtel hotline. Apparently they are unable to change the order from store collection to POP station delivery. Order has to be completely cancelled, a few days of wait time, before we can re-contract again. By then, the online recontract promotion would have ended. Shouldn’t the Singtel Shop inform us of this earlier before we headed home? Totally irresponsible and lack of ability of anticipate and provide sensible and accurate advice. Completely lazy answers of “call Singtel” so we will be directed away. No offer to help us change to delivery on their end. Having been a loyal customer of Singtel for over 20 years, myself and a family of 6, do consider - think once, think twice, think thrice before you sign up with this company - don’t ever think about their lock-in contract plans. Expensive plans, inexistent service, and stinking attitudes. Enough said.

Staff were inexperienced and did not know the relevant terms and conditions. We even had to access the singtel website using our phone to prove our point and the staff had poor attitudes and seemed uninterested towards their customers. Utterly disappointed.

Holy cow, i have been sitting here for 3 hours waiting, and the queue is telling me i have two more hours to wait. Ive been observing staff casually chatting to each other, spending 45 minutes on each customer, just talking about any old topic, staff walking around aimlessly in circles. Ive watched this one staff member making loops around the store, just looking busy but actually doing nothing. Its kinda hilarious seeing them running down the clock on their shifts.

Not customer friendly and a bit arrogant staff. Long waiting time. No proper response from the staff.They were playing and laughing among each other and when i ask some question they just answer in a single word. Waste of time!! will never go again.

Lovely friendly staff, system was slow and buggy and ended up leaving without the job done. Staff member said she'd help me complete via phone appointment, but after spending an hour waiting around on what should have taken 10 minutes, was a bit frustrated. Pretty bad sign for a network company to have network and technology issues at their main customer touch point, though I'm hoping it was just bad luck and it's normally great.
