StarHub Waterway Point - 83 Punggol Central

Went to WWP outlet on a Friday (25/6/21) to renew mobile contract. Staff said better to renew the next day online as it is a Saturday and there is new promo and will get free extra 10GB mobile data. We did exactly that the next day and even saw the extra 10GB before checkout. Contract emailed in a few days later stating only 30GB and no additional 10GB. Called 1633 to get answers. Staff said they will raise a ticket to sales team to investigate. Need to wait 24-48hrs for a call back. No call back within 48hrs. Went to WWP and NEX outlet and several times asking for status update but no use cuz outlet staff can only send email to chase regarding the issue. Asked to wait 24-48hrs again for several times. Waited almost 3 WEEKS for starhub to finally call me back after all this chasing just to tell me that there is no free 10GB with the recontract. Extremely disappointed with Starhub. Why did the staff lie to us about the extra 10GB? We also saw the extra 10GB stated online before checkout tho we don't have a screenshot. So now must screenshot everything before checkout? Will be changing Telco line after 2years.

A fair and thin lady attended to me. I was rather shocked by her service quality. She failed in every department. She was super rude. A nice lady at the Q machine has plenty of good etiquette.

One of the larger and more comprehensive malls in Ponggol. However, the parking and the entrance to the car park suck. Always crowded and jammed after 12noon. Would avoid the mall if possible.

Good and friendly sales service. The queue system is good as it notifies you when it is near your turn so you can do some shopping elsewhere.

Went here just to try out their new mobile phone. No one bothered me as I went around testing all available models and brands.

Went to their outlet at Punggol Waterway Point yesterday. Was attended by the consultant Celine Ong. She is friendly, helpful and patiently explained the current plan and discounts given by Starhub. She also went the extra mile to show some useful functions of Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra using her own phone. In addition, the representative of Samsung, Hui Shan helped me to me transfer my data from current phone to new phone while she has to attend to the walk in customers. So nice of her. Kudos to both of them, Celine and Hui Shan.

Wasn't crowded on a weekday afternoon but best to make an appointment online prior. They don't provide all services, only mobile recontracting.

Appt at 3pm. Got served past 3.30pm. Was told their whatever server down, so can't do yet. Said will give us a call if it is back up within 2 hours I wandered round the mall and came back again at 5.45pm when I received no call. Waited 20mins only to be informed that they will call again if can do. Again no call and came back at 7.30pm, then they said down still. Gave up and went home. Issue is, if cannot then call lah instead of wasting my time from 3pm to 7.30pm. My husband took leave to accompany me with my 3 small kids. Waste everybody time. For a company dishing out Internet services, I am wondering how come their own internal server down for so long. Kena hack ah? Or engineers sleeping on the job? Is it easy to switch brands? Are their services reliable? Can give - 1 star?
