★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiffany fr Bukit Panjang has been a great help today as she explained the plans n recommended me a phone . She went on to assist me to download my what's app to my new hp which I was very grateful for esp as I am a Medeka generation citizen. Thumbs up for the great effort.

The staff did not explain enough information leading customer is charged by unknown. I did not know another additional plan was added to my contract. Just want to say: Be careful when doing transaction there. Such a trap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service from a female staff who forced upon add on of 5G service for a senior digital XO 50 Plus contract saying that all Singtel plans are 5G, when it was clearly indicated on the website that such plan is optional for 5G. How can all Singtel plans be 5G when it is not available countrywide. Created inconvenience for customer to cancel this add on. Will not visit this outlet again.
