β β β β β We visited there several time to extend mobile phone service and broadband. However the lady's service( who is working there during Sunday pm ) is kind of horrible..
Everytime we visit there, We feel like she doesn't want to work and also not kind to customer.. When we ask somthing to her, She always reply as very dry and something like we are bothering her..
Today, We also felt very bad with her service and come out of this store immediatly not to cause any arguement with her anymore.
We hope Starhub need to do service education to thier staff first so they can know how they respond to their customers.

β β β β β Unprofessional much.
Confused my parents by telling them the iPhone does not come with a charger adapter so they wont be able to charge their phones when it was obvious both of them are using iPhone and they could reuse their charger. Ended up selling them a ''package'', which includes a normal iPhone case ($29.90), thin screen protector ($38) and iPhone adaptor ($29) for a total of $100.
It was a rather despicable sales method, confusing and scaring 2 elderly and con them into buying a package. Salesperson YH sold it to them as a ''good deal'' (free phone case & screen protector).
Not to mention, she did not activate the new sim card and we had to call Starhub to double check and activate it.
Thanks for the excellent service, never gonna visit this branch again.

β β β β β Understaffed. Waited for 20mins just to tell me I to do my plan change tomorrow onwards, which my 2 year mobile contract ends today. Although i was informed that it will be prorated, but can it be more flexible like it could be done within +/- few days? ?

β β β β β This place is severly understaffed and the staff has no consideration of customers time. yesterday I visited the shop as it is an exclusive starhub partner and I wanted a prepaid sim card. I have previously got prepaid sim card from starhub exclusive shops.
I got the token at 6.43 pm thag said 'mobile services' and until 7.17, my number was not called for. There was only one staff in the shop at that time who was busy with customer. At 7.05 another staff came and attended othet customer. I got frustrsted after 30 over minutes and went to talk to the staff and was told that prepaid cards are not sold there.!!
Such a waste of time..
Looking at the other two custimers reaction rhe staff was Not helpful to them as well..
