D	Denise Chng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is sucks! The staff not willing to share more automatically unless you ask. And he’s not looking at you when you talked to him but just doing his own jobs! Suggest you go to another branch instead of this.

Y	Yue Yen Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to see a couple of phones I was contemplating buying. Extremely rude staff (maybe owner?), refused to answer questions other than yes/no. All the phones have "do not touch" stuck across the screens. When I asked if I could try out the phones, was told a curt "No". Don't waste your time here because they are clearly not interested in doing business. By the way, M1 just across the aisle has much friendlier staff, and you can try out the phones.

The sales guy by the name Lucas is patient and nice. i was indecisive about which phone to purchase, told him my budget and preferences on the based plan. He recommended a few brands and models. He explained the value, functionality and performance of each phone thoroughly. I changed my mind at least 2 times, but he still patiently explained again. Of course, I do hope I won't regret in buying the correct phone.

He has a very easy-going & nice personality with a superb customer service. Thank you Singtel for having such an exemplary staff & please show my utmost appreciation to him.
R	Raymond Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesman was not very friendly when I told him I wanted to terminated my family protection plan which was given to me free when I recontract my broadband plan. I was told by the previous staff who attended to me at the same shop here that I would do so after 3days of recontract. This sales guy who attended to me kept on saying that there might be a penalty. If I do so before 3 months or it can't be done here as it is only an exclusive retailer, without checking. Anyway he did it for me unwillingly, after he checked my details. After he is done, he went behind his counter and looked at his phone!
