โ โ โ โ โ Lovely customer service provided by the staff. I had enquired about the availability of a tote bag via a phone call and the lady who answered was so pleasant to talk to! She even went the extra mile to check on the stock. When I arrived at the outlet, the two male staff greeted me courteously and throughout my stay at the outlet, they gave me the space and time to look through the products without pressuring me to purchase. The staff also informed me of the offers available and provided information on the individual products whenever I had doubts. I ended up happily buying 2 items. Will come again!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service by the two male staff on Wednesday night! One of them was present when I went to the shop the day before but couldn't make a decision, and he remembered me when I visited again on Wed, and also remembered the product I was looking at. He was also extremely helpful and informative on the offers available! The other male staff picked up my phone call earlier in the day when I wanted to check stock, and also helped me check based on my photo! Very pleased with the service at this outlet
