Went to the store on Sunday for eSim sign-up. Was told can't self-help nor online apply. Came back on weekday to join a shorter queue but was told that I CAN self-help or diy online ?. I have insisted to stay on queue but was told no eSim compatible with my Huawei Watch3 when my turn was called, yet the Singtel shop is still selling the product with eSim bundle?! Was even asked if the Watch3 sales has guided me properly. I can't believe it! I further confirmed my understanding by calling the product principal and was assured that only Singtel eSim works. Diy read up the fine prints & search up Singtel support website, found eSim info & bundle deal for my Watch3 model! My overall experience: wasted trips and time spent in/with this shop is upsetting. How can the Singtel retail staffs in CWP are clueless of their own services??! This is terrible! Expecting customers to educate their staffs of their own product ?? Now I have to make a 3rd trip. Oh my goodness!

Went on a weekend, had to take a queue for 1h+. Luckily, it was in a mall so took the time to shop around. Was served by a very customer oriented CSO Samantha Koey. She helped to calculate and proposed a new plan that was overall cheaper and had more data/talktime than the one I originally wanted to sign up for. She was also very patient and took time to explain the package as well. This store even also has more special discount for CIS plans.

Excellent customer service provided by Mr. Edward Ng. I was facing some issues while trying to recontract my existing plan. He listened to my query patiently and provided me the solution. Going an extra mile to satisfy the customer needs. On a hindsight, CSO like him would surely make a very good impression on Singtel Customer Service.

In the past have been to causeway point singtel and their service staffs have pretty good working attitude and patience to help , until recently i visit this branch again in 2years and realised a number of your staff have poor working attitude. Seem they are not interested in their work or willing to help customer at all. Especially those younger ones. One of the guy manning the entrance helping customer to register,rude attitude when you ask question,like not happy to help/answer your question,and another guy simply don't bother to explain to customer about the plans ,not even bother to advise customer on which plan is better,i mean its your job right? Until i was serve by another staff which he's patience and willing to explain and help out,but i forgot his name,i'm glad for his service .If not because of him,the rating will be 1 star.

The whole retailer store strategy is to aim to capture more new customers where the existing customers who went down to settle some billing issues are put aside to meet their staff in a single booth with video call. There are over 6-7 station all waiting to sign up new customers and just single booth to settle billing / other issues with existing customers. The best part is while clearly there isn't some many new customers enquiring, we are still make to wait for that single booth for our turn over 30 minutes where I can clearly see their staffs doing nothing at their respective station. The manager kinda gotten worried that with are feeling fustrated waited over 30 minutes come over to ensure us it will be our turn soon, telling us we have other option to call in instead. Clearly I will like to call in if it can solve the issues. Anyway, this shows that this system is something even the manager has no control over. I see this as something inflexible and have no intention to serve their clients ASAP. In fact my billing issues have been left aside over a month since the first day I brought up to them. Although they repeatedly told us they will look into it, I see no resolution to the issues. This is definitely something very damaging to Singtel's reputation. It gives us the impression they are only interested to go out there to get new customers and prioritized that over their existing customers. I will like to warn any new customers who are interested to get Singtel as their provider.

Sending my thanks and credits for staff Vernice Chia from our visit to Singtel Causeway branch on 23 April 2022. Both me and my sister did a recontact at the same counter. She had been very helpful in accommodating to our new contract, good skills in cross selling promotions offered by Singtel, extremely knowledgeable when I was in doubt between 2 new devices to choose from. Aside from her business skills, she had also acquired a genuine way of communicating with different types of customer profile (as what I've noticed while waiting for my queue no). In fact while waiting, me and my sister was hopeful to be assisted by her, thankfully we got lucky! Vernice had also been very patient throughout that approximately 1 hour, she was very detailed breaking down our entire sum, and was extra helpful especially when I enquired about my old phone that needed to be repaired. Please send my compliments and regards to Vernice, thank you for the warm experience and all the best to your future endeavours!

The shop does not differentiate between a prestige customer or a regular one. So basically all the marketing about priority queues is a myth. I did not feel like valued at all at this place checked and they told me that the differentiation is based on the issue type rather than customer type. I find that pretty odd given that customer categories are created for a defined purpose which is customer experience.
