โ โ โ โ โ Poor service and bad attitude. I visited on the 29/10 at around 7.30pm, most of the staffโs are attending to customers. Iโm the 1st to walk to the shop. And I waited for someone available to service me just a short enquiry. This young boy sitting at the counter available so I go forward to ask him but he straight away ask me to queue without asking me what my enquiry about not wanna to serve. Pls be more observant if youโre storage of staff standing at the entrance.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there today as i was having some issues with my handphone. I was served by Jack. He helped resolve my handphone issues. He was patient and professional. Kudos to the staff at Singtel Northpoint City. Well done. ?

โ โ โ โ โ staff is quite unfriendly and was served with an attitude when i seemed unlikely to buy a phone bc they didn't have the colour i want. there should also be a $200 discount for porting in to singtel but was told there wasn't any discounts, went to another outlet and was given the discount.

โ โ โ โ โ sales girl attitude was ridiculous like was shock to hear that i wanted to purchase an iphone from the stall. she instantly ็็ผ็ไบบไฝ?? like where got sales girl look down on their own customers.when she wanted to check my phone as if like she checking her own phone n open the phone box happily like ?

โ โ โ โ โ I am an 60 years old who are also IT illiterate. The male sales person who served me gave me a most horrible experience I have ever received. I tell myself I will NOT walk into Singtel at Northpoint branch!!!
I visited the store on 7th July 2022 at about 6pm. The store had only 2 customers then.This sales person who served me was actually idle then. I can't imagine he actually said things like "Aunty just now I talk you didn't listen huh?", "You don't quite understand....". He was condescending in his tone of voice & impatient! And he certainly lacked professionalism by addressing me "Aunty"!! Wonder if such was the sales training Singtel provided for their service staff??
This sales person was also unsympathetic for customers who are slow in understanding. And what he didn't know actually was that I was also partially hearing impaired!
I felt very lousy after visiting Singtel at Northpoint!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Not sure if this is the right place to leave the review but a chinese guy from Singtel came to my home to upgrade our internet and his service was very good! Very friendly and patient guy, explained in detail about how it works and how to make sure it's kept well. Also went the extra mile to advise and help us connect properly so everything goes smoothly. His work was done very fast also:) Happy with the service from Singtel

โ โ โ โ โ Went there to upgrade my 5G SIM card.
I booked for an appointment cos I don't want to wait for long.
And there wasn't a customer in line. Maybe it's off peak. The staff was friendly and helpful. The transaction was fast.
I think booking for appointment helps too, for the just in case โ๏ธ
