Seems more negative than positive review. I know it was new outlet (started 21 Dec 20221) so I pop over at 430pm. Waited about half an hour for a table. I mean is so small, if we go at meals time definitely have to wait. This one no brainer. Yes I also agree the seats are uncomfortable. Lucky we were given the 2 seater facing opp each other and not side by side. Imagine two big size man siting together ? and don't bother going in big groups ..at most 4 to a table. Super small restaurant. Food I would say is similar to Shillin hotpot but their soup base is much bette (more Gao and geng especially their mala). As for their food varieties, there is abundant similar to shilin too. I love their minced mutton ball (rarely restaurants does that) and the glutinous Rice ball (MY FAV). I love this concept as we can share food but we also are allocated each pot and grill. Very suitable for COVID now. As for drinks I was also shocked when they charged me but it was FREE flow. Not not chargeable lol. When we press the drinks menu, there was a price next to those coloured drinks. Only water they state is $0.00. see pic Service is not prompt. I mean if you press bell they would definitely come fast. What I meant was they wun auto ask if you want soup, refill drinks etc. So this part, customer have to understand. You need anything have to CALL (press bell) for them. Be it clearing plates too as the table is so smalllll. As for grilling, is not like mookata or Korean BBQ. Their food are cut to smaller and thinner pieces to make sure is cook faster so you can eat faster too. Overall I would go back again if I wanna have mid range hot pot. This place is not for service oriented customer. Is really to fulfill your desire to eat hotpot and grill food together. I am very happy they open an outlet here. Jiayou Jianghu Hotpot North point.

Good: Food was abundant. Excellent service; staff clears empty plates at lightning speed and was very polite and friendly. Conveyor belt has free flow food items. Selected items such as thinly sliced meat can be ordered at any time and will be delivered promptly via "bullet train" Dual concept of hot pot and bbq is interesting. Not so good: Very pricey at ($27.90+$2.80)++ per person minimum; other hot pot buffet places are way cheaper Nothing fantastic about the food; can become very oily toward the end Only 1.5hours to eat. Not an issue for me though; hot pot and plate heated up quite fast

Service was good but sadly for the price paid, the food and sauce was not that value for money. Most of them is plain and the sauce does not do anything to help. Soup was average, the seat was cramp, but service was good

No reservation allowed, only walk in, had to Q for about 20-30mins for 2 pax on a weekday evening as there are limited seats. Service is good as they cleared the plates frequent enough and there’s wide range of food options! Love their marinated meats- spicy & cumin seasons pork/ scallops! Also the extra big pumpkin rice ball, crispy coating, chewy on the inside. Order can be made on the phone or taking the ingredient direct from the conveyor belt. My only complain is the heat coming from the stove underneath the table, quite unbearable. Needs better ventilation!

1st time visiting this place at Northpoint City. Good service. Staff polite and well mannered. Seats rather crampy, with SMM in place, we need to sit side by side.. I would say theres variety of food, plenty of choices. Items on conveyor belt, self serve. Serving per portion just nice so we can try more items. Drinks at $1.80 free flow.. i like the lemon tea. Refill of drinks with ice added ?. Ingredients - Fresh. The pork belly slices kinda thick imo. Nice homemade dumplings. Sweet watermelons. Mantou served cold, will be good if freshly fried and hot.. Nice chinese n canto songs. Total $80+ for 2 pax. Got sure win claw machine game! Got a vchr for next visit. Will be back. ?

Came here after watching a YouTube video on their other outlet in Bedok. Their main novelty focuses on letting a group of friends have their own soup hotpot and grill, allowing everyone to personalise their own dining preference. All the ordering for this place is done by scanning a QR code which leads to a website, a new trend that seems to be emerging from a lot of restaurants. The pork broth soup was decent and the Mala was satisfyingly spicy. The orders came quite fast, only a few minutes after ordering through the website! The buffet selection was above average in my opinion, ranging from various meats to snack items, I recommend getting one of the free flow drinks for only $1.80. However, it might take awhile to get the staff's attention for getting refills, but the service was friendly and accommodating regardless. Like many others have mentioned, the space is a bit smaller for the two pax booths which my group of 4 was fortunate enough to get a booth that was good for 6. Nevertheless, I do find it a bit pricey where the bill adds up to slightly over $40 per person. After paying the bills, they have a sure win crane game to win vouchers for the next visit. Overall, I can see myself coming back here again with a group of friends.

Pretty good hotpot buffet. Price was quite reasonable but wish the dining time could be longer. Food tasted good. Would recommend to come at around 6pm for a Saturday Dinner. Most staff were friendly though one male staff with hair tied was a bit rude. I also noticed the wires of the delivery train were a bit exposed, unsure whether if it's a safety hazard. Overall a pleasant experience. Would recommend you to come and try once.
